• We attempt a FREE phone solution first (10 minute maximum). If the problem can be resolved remotely but exceeds 10 minutes, our 1 hour minimum fee ($65) will apply.
• If an on-site visit is required, our service fee is only $65 (1 hour minimum).
• If more than an hour is required, we let you know right away - when we first look at your computer. Usually, we can fix anything within an hour.
• We can provide replacement parts - sometimes this is necessary.
• After hours emergency service is available at $85 an hour.

IF A VISIT IS REQUIRED...Cost for a service call is as little as $65with a 1-hour minimum. 90% of all problems are resolved within 1 hour on site.

IF MORE THAN 1 HOUR IS REQUIRED...For tasks requiring more than an hour, we let you know up front without any hidden costs. A nominal trip charge may apply.
